Explanation

V60 is a popular pour-over brewing method, named after its cone design with a 60° angle. Its spiral inner surface and wide spout allow water to flow evenly through the coffee bed, resulting in a clear, clean, and aromatic cup. Brewing Steps

Brewing Steps

1. Adım

Fold the filter paper along the lined line and place it in the V60 chamber. Place the equipment over a cup or pitcher and wet the filter with hot water. This will prevent paper flavor and also heat the brewing vessel.

Step 2

18 g orta öğütülmüş kahve ve 250 ml su kullanın. Kahveyi filtreye ekleyin ve yüzeyini eşitlemek için hazneyi hafifçe sallayın.

Step 3

Add 50 ml of hot water using circular motions. Wait 30 seconds for the fresh aroma of the coffee to develop.

Step 4

Slowly pour 200 ml of hot water over the coffee in a circular motion, being careful not to touch the edges of the paper.

Step 5

Your coffee will be ready in approximately 3-5 minutes. Then you can remove the V60 and serve your coffee.
