Brewing Steps

Step 1

Insert the three-layered section of the Chemex filter into the mouthpiece. Remove any paper odor by wetting the filter and the inside of the Chemex with hot water, and then preheat the brewing vessel.

2. Adım

Add 18 grams of medium-ground coffee to the filter.

Step 3

Add 50 ml of hot water using circular motions. Wait 30 seconds for the fresh aroma of the coffee to develop.

Step 4

Slowly pour 200 ml of hot water over the coffee using circular motions.

Step 5

Your coffee will be ready in approximately 3–5 minutes. Remove the filter, stir the coffee, and serve.

Step 6

Tip: Transferring the brewed coffee to a second carafe allows for more air circulation, resulting in a more balanced and smoother aroma and flavor.
