Brewing Steps
Step 1
Tek fincan (250 ml su) için 16 g, 500 ml su için 32 g kahve tartın.
Step 3
Place the filter paper in the dripper and rinse with hot water. Add coffee to the filter, place the dripper over a mug or server, and zero the scale.
Step 5
After 30 seconds, slowly and steadily pour the remaining water. Pour in a circular motion, starting from the center outwards and then back to the center. Repeat this motion to ensure the water flows evenly over the coffee.
Step 7
Stir the coffee gently before drinking and let it cool slightly. Enjoy!
Step 2
Grind the coffee to a medium-coarse setting. Grind size directly affects the taste, so experiment with your own grinder to find the best result. For a bitter and intense flavor: grind coarser. For a sour and juicy flavor: grind finer.
Step 4
Start the timer and pour 30-60g of water over the coffee grounds, ensuring they are completely wet. Wait 30 seconds to allow the coffee to "bloom."
Step 6
The brewing time should be approximately 1:45 minutes for 250/500g of water. The pouring time is the same for both measurements. The total brewing time may vary depending on the grind setting and the beans you use.
