Brewing Steps

Step 1

Use 65 grams of coffee for 1000 ml of water.

2. Adım

Grind the coffee to a coarse grind setting.

3. Adım

Start the 4-minute timer and pour the water over the coffee. Make sure all the coffee grounds are wet. You can stir with a spoon if necessary. Do not close the lid and filter during brewing to allow gases to escape.

4. Adım

After 4 minutes, break the layer of coffee that forms on top with a spoon; the coffee grounds will settle to the bottom.

Step 5

Let the coffee sit for half a minute to allow all the fine particles to settle to the bottom. Then, replace the lid and slowly push the plunger down.

Step 6

Let the coffee cool slightly, then enjoy.
