Brewing Steps

Step 1

65 g of coffee per 1000 ml of water

Step 2

Grind the coffee to a coarse setting.

Step 3

Start a 4-minute timer and pour the water over the coffee. Make sure all the grounds are fully saturated. If needed, stir gently with a spoon. Leave the lid and plunger open to allow gases to escape during brewing.

Step 4

After 4 minutes, break the crust that forms on the surface with a spoon. The coffee grounds will begin to settle at the bottom.

Step 5

Allow the coffee to rest for 30 seconds so the fine particles can settle. Then place the lid on and slowly press the plunger down.

Step 6

Allow the coffee to cool slightly, then enjoy.
