Brewing Steps

Step 1

Place a round, flat filter paper in the middle chamber of the cold dripper to prevent coffee particles from mixing with the water.

Step 2

Add 65g of coarsely ground coffee and smooth the surface.

Step 3

Step 4

Add 700 ml of cold water and 300 g of ice to the top compartment, bringing the total volume to 1000 ml.

Step 5

Set the drip rate to one drop every 2–3 seconds.

Step 6

The cold brew is ready when all the water has strained into the bottom chamber. Serve chilled.

Serve over ice, adding ice or milk to taste.
