Brewing Steps
Step 1
Weigh 16g of coffee and grind it to a medium fineness. Since the grind size affects the taste, experiment with your own grinder to find the best result.
Step 2
Place the filter paper back into the filter cover, then rinse the reservoir with warm water.
Step 3
Add the coffee to the AeroPress container, place it on a cup or server, put it on the scale and zero it.
Step 4
Add 230g of water, making sure the coffee and water are thoroughly mixed.
Step 5
Insert the plunger and create a vacuum by gently pulling it upwards; this will prevent the coffee from dripping.
Step 6
Step 7
At 1:10, reattach the piston, raise the scale, and slowly press down. Complete the process in approximately 1:30.
Let the coffee cool for a few minutes, then gently swirl it and enjoy.
